Multiligament knee injuries (MLKIs) are complex injuries that require precise diagnosis and individualized treatment strategies. This scoping review aims to synthesize current evidence regarding diagnostic techniques and therapeutic approaches for MLKIs. The review highlights various imaging modalities, clinical assessment techniques, surgical versus non-surgical interventions, and rehabilitation protocols. Despite advancements in treatment, challenges persist in achieving optimal functional recovery and minimizing complications. Future research should focus on refining surgical techniques and rehabilitation protocols to improve patient outcomes.
